Counselling for individuals
Many people attend individual counselling at different times in their life, my aim is to offer you a calm, supportive environment in which you can explore anything that you are struggling with. It may be that you want help to change direction and make positive changes, or you may want someone to listen to you at a time when you need to talk, individual counselling will focus on your needs in order to help you make a difference, the difference that you choose to make.
Counselling is different
Counselling is different to talking to a friend, a relative or a loved one because it offers a confidential space with someone who is neutral, willing to listen and offer you time, be empathic, and non- judgemental. I will not provide you with answers but will work with you to find the best way forward for you, so that you find your own answers.
I am not the expert, you are the expert on your life, I am a professional counsellor, qualified and skilled in specialist areas to support specific issues that you may bring to counselling.
